1. What is DaySavvy?

DaySavvy is an Emotionally Intelligent AI Assistant™ that helps you manage tasks, goals, and well-being. By using DaySavvy, you agree to these terms.

2. What data do we collect?

• Account info: username, full name, email, and password (securely hashed).
• Profile data: avatar (if provided).
• Workspace data: tasks, goals, subtasks, reminders, and feedback you submit.
• Voice & chat: voice transcripts and chat history (used to provide responses).
• Usage data: feature usage statistics, session activity, and error logs (for improving the experience).

We use this data only to provide, secure, and improve DaySavvy. We do not sell your data or use ad networks.

3. How do we use your data?

• To provide and personalize your DaySavvy experience.
• To secure your account and protect against unauthorized access.
• To improve features, fix issues, and analyze usage patterns (anonymized).
• To send important updates or notifications (never spam).
• To provide AI-powered assistance including task management, reminders, and emotional support.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to power certain features (such as AI processing, email delivery, and authentication). These services receive only the minimum data needed to function and are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.

6. Your rights & choices

• You can request to download or delete your account and data anytime by emailing daysavvy.ei@gmail.com.
• You can delete your account directly from within the app.
• You can revoke microphone or notification permissions in your browser or device settings.
• You can opt out of any beta features in your settings (when available).

7. Cookies & local storage

DaySavvy uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences (such as theme). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Age requirement

DaySavvy is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please do not use the service without parental consent.
